We love visitors!

On Saturday, August 4th, Aunt Jen came to visit!  Elliott and Isaac did not actually see her until Sunday because they were in bed before she arrived.  Below are a few photos from Saturday.

 

The boys enjoy reading at the kitchen table now.  They especially enjoy the particular books they are reading in this photo!  They love to find the many items in the book and say the names or colors.  They are recognizing most pictures now!

Bob has discovered a magical activity...coloring on the kitchen floor!  The boys love it!  He tapes the paper to the floor, but quickly realized he has to put other pieces of tape on the paper because Elliott and Isaac like to color on the tape!

 

Elliott started using his broom as a stick horse!  Ever since going to the Kentucky Horse Park, he loves "neigh neighs"!

On Sunday, the boys were surprised and excited to see Aunt Jen!  They were very interested in the limes she cut up to put in her water, so she shared them.  We knew this would make an excellent photo opportunity and it did not disappoint!

After Elliott's reaction, Isaac was apprehensive.  It is difficult to see his expression in the photo but just he licked it, said "ewww", and put it back on the table!

 

On the weekends, Isaac and Elliott enjoy eating their afternoon snack at their table in the playroom!

Aunt Elizabeth joined us for dinner at Ramsey's!  Elliott and Isaac enjoyed coloring with crayons there, too!

 

Aunt Jen went to visit her dad on Monday, but came back to see us on Tuesday.  Aunt Elizabeth also came over for supper and evening fun!  Unfortunately, Aunt Jen was not feeling well.
